mixer all kinds of dry feed grain and grass seed. Requires only five to ten minutes
roughly to mix a 700 IBS. batch. The principal is not to stir or tumble the mixture
but to whirl the ingredients in the mixing chamber ingredients are loaded into
hopper at bottom. Vertical screw conveyor revolves rapidly lifting ingredients
to top where to top where mixing paddle whirls particles to the wall of mixing
chamber falling to the bottom they are elevated and whirled again and again
In less then fine minutes, you mixtures will appear in the observation glass as
a uniform mass and you are ready to swing the loading hopper aside, where it is
out of your way while sacking. Loading and sacking operations are both very easy.
Fix sack with Ganges of sacker spout slide. When sack is full merely push slide
back into place.
The perfect way is no premix molasses with any carbohydrate
ingredients such as maize meal or rice cunny (not with rice polish ) etc. separately.
Then this mixtuer should be speared as one layer with the other layers, as explained
below. These spread out layers should be carried to the mixer with the help of
showels in such a way that each showel lift contains some ingredients from each
layer or from the maximum layer. Best suited for dry mixing as less labour , power,
floor area is required.
