Plant Features

• Plant output capacity 2-4 MT/hr (with 4mm sieve in hammer mill).
• Double screen Hammer Mill working on 10-15 HP equipped with powerful magnets.
• Single Shaft paddle Mixer working on 15 HP with outstanding mixing efficiency in 7 minutes.
• Equipped with bucket elevators with heavy gauge buckets, MRF make nylon-rubber belting for long life without elongation, with belt drive or directly coupled gear motors.
• Batch bin above mixer and hammer mill with sight glass for level observation.
• Minimum space and height required.
• Intake Hopper with magnetic grill is provided at intake Elevator.
• Batch bin and feed mixer having access doors for inspection and cleaning.
• Dust free design without using any aspiration system.
• Dust free single door medicine hopper is provided over the Batch Mixer.
• Bagging is done manually (Auto Bagging can be added as per requirement).

Note:- Optional auto weighing system can be accommodated as per customer’s requirement.
